Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breasts is an easy dinner. Made with 3 chicken breasts, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. pineapple juice and 4 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Split breasts.
Remove bones and skin.
Rinse and dry.
Place margarine in skillet and brown breasts, salting lightly.
Lift breasts into greased roasting pan, not touching.
Mix juice and soy sauce; pour half over them.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes to an hour.
Baste about every 15 minutes.
Serves 4.
