Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 boned, skinned chicken breasts, halved, 1 tsp. chopped green onion, 1 tsp. chopped parsley (can use dried), 1 tsp. margarine (optional) and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pound the chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
Add all other ingredients.
Roll up and dredge through flour, 1 beaten egg and then crushed corn flakes.
Line in a shallow pan, seam side down. Let stand overnight or at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
When ready to bake, pour 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth over meat, carefully not disturb the crumbs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Remove foil, baste with liquid and cook 1/2 hour longer.
Serves 4 to 6.
