Chicken Breast Orange
Chicken Breast Orange is an easy dinner. Made with 8 half breasts of chicken, 2 tbsp. melted margarine, flour, salt and pepper and 8 thin slices peeled orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brush chicken with melted butter, then dust lightly with flour, salt and pepper.
Place skin side up in baking pan.
Add 1/2 cup hot water. Cover and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 1 hour longer or until chicken is very tender.
Place 1 slice of orange on each breast and serve at once with Orange Sauce.
