Chicken Breast Ginger
Chicken Breast Ginger is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches, 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 can water chestnuts and 2 c. hot cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray a large skillet with Pam on heat of medium. Add chicken; cook on medium 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Add water to equal 1/2 cup. Stir in cornstarch, ginger and salt. Add to skillet which chicken was removed from. Cook until thick and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 minute more. Gently stir in peaches and water chestnuts.
Heat through. Cook rice. Place on serving dish.
Place chicken next, then spoon peach mixture on top. Serves 4.
