Chicken Bones
Chicken Bones is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1/2 c. peanut butter, crunchy, 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 c. graham crackers, finely crushed and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream together margarine and peanut butter.
Blend in sugar, crackers, coconut and vanilla.
Mix with fingers; shape into rolls about 3 inches long and about as big around as your fingers. Place on wax paper and chill.
Melt over hot water chocolate chips and paraffin.
Dip rolls in chocolate and dry on wax paper.
Note: Put rolls in chocolate and lift out with forks-saves the marks that tongs would make.
