Chicken Bog
Chicken Bog is an easy dinner. Made with 8 leg quarters, 3 c. rice and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil leg quarters until tender.
Take chicken off the bones. Two cups of chicken broth per cup of rice.
Salt and pepper according to taste.
Bring rice to a boil.
Cut down heat to low and cook rice 35 minutes.
Be sure to add chicken back to rice before cooking rice.
