Chicken Beer Bake
Chicken Beer Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, skin removed, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4 c. slivered almonds and 1/2 c. beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Flour chicken breasts; brown in oil.
Put browned chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine soup, soy sauce, almonds, beer and mushrooms in a large bowl; beat together, then pour over the chicken.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Baste occasionally.
This is good served with rice.
