Chicken Beaudine

Mix eggs and broth.
Pour over bread and celery and mix.
Add salt and onion.
Add chicken.
Pour into greased pan and bake slowly (300Β°) until well done.
(Knife will come out clean.) Cut in squares and serve with gravy.
