Chicken Beaudine
Chicken Beaudine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, cubed, 1/2 loaf bread, broken fine, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix eggs and broth.
Pour over bread and celery and mix.
Add salt and onion.
Add chicken.
Pour into greased pan and bake slowly (300Β°) until well done.
(Knife will come out clean.) Cut in squares and serve with gravy.
