Chicken Basket Bake
Chicken Basket Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate over first ingredients.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand five minutes before cutting.
Can substitute 2 cups fully cooked turkey or smoked ham for chicken.
