Chicken Barbecue
Chicken Barbecue is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 c. water, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp. mustard and 1/4 bottle tomato catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat and let come to boil.
Salt and arrange chicken in Pyrex, greased well.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle heavily with flour and dot with butter and pepper.
Cook at 400° until bubbly. Then turn to 300° to 325° for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, according to size of chicken pieces.
Turn good side up first and turn over about halfway through.
