Chicken Balls
Chicken Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. ground cooked chicken breast, 3/4 c. oats (uncooked), 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. ground cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well; shape into 1-inch balls.
Fry in a small amount of hot oil over medium heat until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Tie whole cloves in cheesecloth and set aside.
Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan.
Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.
Add pineapple juice and lemon juice; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
Add meatballs and whole cloves.
Simmer on low 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cheesecloth bag.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
