Chicken Bake
Chicken Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 6 oz. pkg. stove top stuffing for chicken, 1/4 c. margarine, 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 c. sour cream or milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir stuffing crumbs, contents of seasoning packet, 1 1/2 cups of hot water and margarine just until moistened.
Place chicken in 12 X 8 inch baking pan.
Mix soup and sour cream or milk.
Pour over chicken and top with stuffing mix.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Makes 4 servings.
