Chicken Bake
Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut-up chicken or 4 chicken breasts, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup flour, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in flour mixture and arrange in baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and cover with soup, 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water mixture.
Bake 30 minutes longer at 350°.
