Chicken Bake
Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken (bite-size pieces), 1 c. cooked frozen peas, 2 pimientos, diced, 1 (3 or 4 oz.) can mushroom (stems and pieces, including juices) and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter; blend in flour.
Add milk, chicken broth or half and half.
Cook until thick.
Add the chicken mixture (chicken, peas, pimientos and mushrooms); season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into a large shallow baking dish.
Cover top with 1 1/2 inch baking powder biscuits, press a slice of stuffed olive in center of each and bake at 450Β° for 12 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are done.
