Chicken and Spaghetti
Chicken And Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken hen, boiled in salted water until tender and deboned, 1 head chopped celery, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 bell pepper, chopped and garlic to suit taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove fat from chicken broth (approximately 3 quarts) used to cook chicken and add celery, onion, bell pepper, garlic, pimento, tomato sauce, Ro-Tel and mushrooms.
Cook until vegetables are tender.

Adjust amount of broth if required to cook a large package of long spaghetti.
