Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, uncooked, 2 to 6 chicken breasts (other chicken parts can be used also), 1 can chicken and rice soup and 1 soup can water (use more is you want your rice moister), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place rice on bottom of shallow casserole or baking dish (greased).
Pour soup and water on top. You may season with your favorite seasonings if you wish (I usually use pepper and a little salt).
Cover with lid or aluminum foil tightly.
Bake 1 hour.
