Chicken And Rice Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 fryer, cut up and seasoned and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine in large casserole pan.
Add rice and soup and 3 cups water.
Mix well.
Place fryer in and bake, covered, at 325Β° for 2 hours.
