Cut and clean chicken.
Coat with Shake 'n Bake per package instructions.
Place on foil in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and pour entire can of peaches over chicken.
Place, uncovered, in oven for another 20 minutes.
