Chicken and Ham
Chicken And Ham is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breast halves, skinned, 6 slices boiled ham, 6 slices swiss cheese, 1/3 c. white sauterne (white wine) and 1/4 c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Wrap each piece chicken with a ham slice and then to that add a cheese slice.
Place in a large baking dish.
Mix together mushrooms, mushroom soup and wine.
Pour over chicken.
Put almonds on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with wild rice, sauteed, mushrooms and onions.
(Or can serve with noodles and potatoes.)
