Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken And Dressing Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm) and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Chicken in boiling water until tender making sure you have cups broth left.
Bone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
Combine chicken soup with 1 1/3 cups broth. Set aside.
Repeat with mushroom soup.
Combine stuffing mix and butter; reserve garnish.
Half of remaining stuffing mixture lightly greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Top with half of chicken and pour chicken soup over it. Repeat mushroom soup over.
Sprinkle with reserved crunch.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
