Cover chicken with water and cook until tender.
Remove skin from chicken.
Pull chicken into small pieces and place in bottom of 12 x 8-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix in medium size bowl, cornbread, loaf bread, eggs, sage, black pepper and celery or celery seed. Mix and pour over chicken and bake in 400Β° oven until brown, about 1 hour.
