Chicken Almindzini
Chicken Almindzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. flour, 2 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tsp. garlic salt and 2 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine mayonnaise, flour and seasonings.
Gradually add milk; cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened.
Add cheese and wine.
Stir until cheese is melted.
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise mixture, spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, 3/4 cup nuts, mushrooms and pimento; toss lightly.
Pour mixture into 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Top with remaining nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
