Chicken Adobo
Chicken Adobo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken thighs, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 c. water, 5 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 head garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Marinate chicken in vinegar, soy sauce, peppercorn and 1/2 garlic.
Add water and simmer, uncovered, until tender.
Strain sauce; separate the sauce from meat.
Allow to cool.
To reduce sauce, cook in open saucepan; simmer until sauce thickens with bay leaf.
Heat cooking oil; brown meat and half garlic.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Serve with rice.
