Chicago Shrimp
Chicago Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium shrimp, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook, peel and devein shrimp.
Cut each in half lengthwise. Overlap the cut shrimp in an au gratin dish.
Mix butter, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, tarragon and sherry in a saucepan and heat thoroughly.
Pour over the shrimp; top with crumbs and broil until browned.
Serves 3 or 4.
