Chi Chi Cake
Chi Chi Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix with butter, 3 eggs, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, egg and water for 2 minutes on medium speed; add coconut.
Pour into baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven when done.
While hot, poke holes in cake and pour cream of coconut over top with crushed pineapple.
Let cool.
Ice with 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Sprinkle coconut on top and refrigerate.
