Mix oleo, water, oil and cocoa; bring to boil in a saucepan. Pour over flour and sugar and mix well.
Add baking soda to buttermilk; add to flour mixture and add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into greased oblong pan.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Frost while warm.
