Chewy Choco-Chip Cookies
Chewy Choco-Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. dark brown sugar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Blend first 3 ingredients in bowl with wire whisk.
In another bowl mix together sugars.
Add butter, eggs and vanilla to sugars. Add flour mixture to sugar batter.
Mix in 2 cups of milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, white choco-chips, walnuts, pecans, or Macadamia nuts in any desired combination. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Use an ice cream scoop to make large, chewy cookies.
Bake slowly 20 to 24 minutes.
