Chewy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 stick butter, 1 box light brown sugar, 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour and 1 can coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix eggs, butter and sugar.
You can use 1/2 box of light brown sugar and 1/2 box of confectioners sugar in place of 1 box of light brown sugar.
Add flour, coconut, vanilla and pecans.
Press in sheet pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to an hour. (Don't overbake.)
