Chewy Cake
Chewy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 2 eggs, 2 c. light brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat eggs until lightly foamy; add sugar, vanilla and margarine until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix at low speed until blended.
Stir in pecans.
Mixture will be stiff.
Bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
