Melt margarine in saucepan or microwave.
In mixing bowl, add margarine and brown sugar; mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
Add flour and nuts; mix well.
Add vanilla; mix well.
Put in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
