Mix 1 stick margarine, 1 egg and cake mix thoroughly and press into a grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar, and 2 eggs and beat for 5 minutes.
Pour over top of first layer.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator before cutting in two squares.
