Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg.
Place in 9 x 13 pan; pack down making sides higher.
Mix together 3 eggs, sugar and cream cheese.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
