Chess Pie
Chess Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, well beaten, 4 c. whipping cream, 2 c. granulated sugar and 1 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a saucepan, warm butter until melted on low heat.
Remove pan from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into two 9-inch prepared pie shells.
Cook 10 minutes at 450°, then reduce temperature to 325° and finish baking for 1 hour.
Pie will be done when custard is set.
Check with knife by inserting into center of pie and point comes out clean.
