Mix cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter; press into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Soften the cream cheese. Add sifted powdered sugar. Add 3 beaten eggs. Cream together and pour onto crust. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
