Chess Pie
Chess Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Put butter, sugar and vinegar in a bowl and melt thoroughly. Then add to 3 slightly beaten eggs.
Stir well, but do not use electric mixer.
Add vanilla and pour into an unbaked crust.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, then at 300° until set.
Do not overcook.
