Mix one egg, butter and cake mix together.
Pat out in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
Mix powdered sugar and 2 eggs, vanilla and cream cheese.
Blend together with electric mixer.
Pour over cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool and cut into bars.
