In a saucepan heat butter and both sugars.

Add remaining ingredients and mix.

Pour into a greased (Pam) and floured 9x13x2 pyrex baking dish. Bake in 325Β° oven for 45 minutes or until done.

Cool for 10 minutes.

Dust top with powdered sugar and cut into squares.

Serve warm plain or with vanilla ice-cream. Also good the next day or so.

Serves 24.
