Mix together cake mix, margarine and 1 egg.
Pat this in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix for 5 minutes the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 2 eggs.
Pour on top of other mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes at 325Β°.
