Chess Cake
Chess Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 stick melted butter, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 egg and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix, using electric mixer 2 eggs, cream cheese and confectioners sugar (save a little sugar to sprinkle on top of baked cake).
Spread this mixture on top of first layer.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Cut into squares or bars.
