Chess Cake
Chess Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow butter recipe cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick oleo, 4 eggs and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cake mix, 1 egg and oleo.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Blend 3 eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
Pour on top of dough in pan.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 300° and bake for 30 minutes.
Cut after the cake has cooled.
