Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter.
Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, vanilla and confectioners sugar.
Pour over base.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Cool and cut into bars.
