Mix first 3 ingredients and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Mix next 3 ingredients and pour on top of first mixture.
Bake in 350Β° (preheated) oven for 45 minutes. Cool thoroughly before cutting in squares.
Very rich.
