Combine 1 box dry cake mix, 1 stick softened margarine and 1 egg.
Spread mixture into the bottom of a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 2 eggs.
Beat mixture well and pour onto "dough" in pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Cut into squares.
