Cherry Winks
Cherry Winks is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift dry ingredients.
Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Add dates, nuts and cherries.
Drop by teaspoon into crushed corn flakes.
Shape into balls.
Put on greased cookie sheet and top with 1/2 of a cherry.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 12 minutes.
