Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Put 1/2 mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan and pat down.
Spread cherry pie filling on mix and sprinkle with water.
Put rest of dry mix on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
