Cherry Squares

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla.
Gradually add flour.
Spread 3/4 of dough on a large cookie sheet.
Spread filling over dough.
Cover with remaining dough.
Marbleize top.
Bake at 325Β° for 35 minutes.
