Cherry Salad
Cherry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sour red cherries, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. ginger ale and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain fruits, reserving juices.
Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons.
Add sugar.
Bring to a boil; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Add fruit and ginger ale.
Chill until very thick, but not set.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Pour into a 5-quart mold.
Chill until set.
