Cherry Pudding
Cherry Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. butter, melted and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix as for a cake.
Put in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle 2 cups cherries over this and 1 cup sugar over the cherries.
Cover all with 2 cups of boiling water.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
(Raspberries or other fruits may be substituted and adjust the sugar accordingly.)
