Cherry Pie
Cherry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 pt. whipping cream and 1 can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press into bottom of oblong baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 325Β°.
Chill.
Cream together the cheese, milk and sugar. Spread on crust.
Sprinkle layer of nuts over cheese.
Whip the cream stiffly and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over nuts in a layer.
Chill 2 to 3 hours. Spread all of the cherry pie filling over the cream.
Let chill overnight. Cut into squares and lift out with spatula.
