Cherry Nut Cake
Cherry Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 tsp. lemon extract, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, separate and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream together shortening and lemon extract, add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add egg yolks and beat well after each addition.
Sift together dry ingredients 2 times.
